Cargo discharged and reloaded in Marghera

ALS Italia recently coordinated the discharge of all the cargo on a chartered vessel (MV BBC Missispi) after it arrived from China at the multiservice terminal in Marghera, Italy.

All cargo was unpacked: 127 pieces, 1090 tons, 4401 cbm. The cargo was discharged in 3 days despite the inclement weather, put into storage and then re-loaded 30 days later.

14 standard and 45 special out of gauge and weight truck loads were completed in about 3 weeks leaving ALS’ customer very satisfied with the performance.
