Combine Harvester Transportation
16th June 2021
The Combine Harvester was loaded in France and delivered the next day to Zeebrugge Docks for export to the Americas, shipping to the Port of San Antonio on the MV Grand Phoenix.
Cargo details: John Deere W650 @ 9,13 x 3,80 x 4,00 = 15000 Kg
Originally the customer booked a cargo width of 3.5 metres. The real width of 3.8 metres became apparent once loaded. However, the existing permits both in France and Belgium still permitted a safe and legal movement. The only addition being a Pilot Car in Belgium, which was arranged by the ALS team in Germany, enabling delivery to Zeebrugge Docks in time before closing.
