Delayed Delivery Solution

The team in Hamburg arranged to collect various industrial equipment and accessories for a client on Friday 4th December from the district of Esslingen, Germany.

Once collected it became apparent that the end user could not accept the orginally planned delivery on the 8th, and advised they wouldn’t be able to accept delivery in Stockport, UK until the 17th December.

Various trailers were loaded:-

Truck 1: Lowbed Trailer loaded an sheeted with a Portal (4.4 x 1.1 x 4 = 12.5T)

Truck 2: Flatbed loaded and fully sheeted with a Table (4.72 x 2.6 x 0.95 = 17.5T)

Truck 3: Accessories (approx. 3.6T total)

To avoid trans-shipping-damage, the larger pieces were kept in the yard on the trailers

The Accessories were delivered into a warehouse for re-delivery to schedule

All goods were then safely delivered as requested on the 17th December to one happy customer!
