Liebherr R9100 Excavator delivered
For mining project in Central Africa

ALS in South Africa delivered this Liebherr R9100 Hydraulic Excavator to Liebherr's client, at Ruashi mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Here they mine for Copper and Cobalt.
The Excavator was originally transported from the Liebherr factory in Colmar, France and shipped to Durban. At Durban, ALS held the Excavator and associated equipment under bonded storage, until Liebherr's client had completed the sale/transfer.
Once payment had been confirmed, ALS released from bond store and transported under RIT Bond (Removal in Transit) from Durban to Ruashi mine DRC, which is 2,700 kms inland haulage, across 3 border crossings!
