Material Handler Transportation

Close collaboration between the ALS teams in Norway and Ittervoort enabled the smooth delivery of a long 840E Sennebogen Material Handler upper carriage and parts.

The dismantled parts were transported on a 7-axle semi low loader from Germany to The Netherlands by truck and then loaded onto RO-RO in Rotterdam for shipment to North of Norway

Dimensions of load

Upper carriage: L:1500cm x W:300cm x H:235cm, 41500kg

Parts:

• 1x Stick 7.1m ULM - L:760cm x W:100cm x H:150cm, 3350kg
• 1x Pylon 1.5m - L:150cm x W:140cm x H:160cm, 1275kg
• 1x Catwalk next cabin - L:190cm x W:80cm x H:140cm, 175kg
• 1x Timber box equipment - L:130cm x W:80cm x H:110cm, 525kg

The last mile to a shipyard was completed by truck.
