Heat Exchange Modules moved to Finland

The transportation involved Economisers, Flue Gas Cooler and Preheaters with the following dimensions:

2 x Economiser - L: 9.30m x W: 4.70m x H: 2.73m Weight: 67500kg
1 x Flu Gas Cooler - L: 8.40m x W: 4.00m x H: 2.61m Weight: 55000kg
1 x Preheater 1 - L: 5.70m x W: 4.60m x H: 2.70m Weight: 39000kg
1 x Preheater 2 (Section 1) - L: 5.70m x W: 4.70m x H: 2.70m Weight: 43000kg
1 x Preheater 2 (Section 2) - L: 5.70m x W: 4.70m x H: 2.50m Weight: 43000kg

The units were self-loaded using trailer hydraulics from stools at the customers’ premises and transported to Hull docks under escort provided by a ALS vehicle.

In Hull the modules were offloaded using the 100t harbour crane and loaded to mafi trailers for onward shipment to Rauma in Finland where final delivery was organised to Raahe by WWL ALS Baltic.
