A safe and timely delivery for our customer was ensured by coordination between customer, operational colleagues and reliable partnerships.
This week our operational teams have organised the transportation of two Sany machines from Poland to two separate destinations in the UK, Scotland and Wales.
Communication is key
The operations team recognise the need for prompt delivery and consistent communication to ensure cargo arrives safely and on time.
Teamwork
Our colleagues in the Netherlands and the UK worked together to ensure the material handling machines met the vessel sailing and onward delivery schedule.
The Dutch team oversaw the cargo from Poland to the Netherlands to meet the vessel destined for the UK where the UK team arranged delivery from UK port to final destinations.
