100T, 95T GE Rotors for Turkey and Italy
ALS (International) Limited’s marine department has arranged cargo handling and port/ ship’s agency services for a 100T rotor destined for Italy and a 95T rotor for Turkey.

The Italian rotor with an estimated worth of almost US$ 20 million totalled 13.97 metres long x 3.60 metres wide x 3.84 metres high and the Turkish rotor measured 12.09 metres x 4.013 metres x 3.65 meters.
A senior member of the ALS project team was in attendance at the port in Kent to oversee the lifting and loading to the vessel, “EEMS Traveller”.
In addition ALS’ own in-house ships agency department provide all husbandry and maritime requirements to the vessel owners.
ALS arranged a tandem lift to reduce the cost of the lifting movement and to accommodate restrictions at the quayside.
