Machine shipped UK - Belgium - Algeria

With over 40 years knowledge and experience in handling oversized cargo for a range of sectors ALS' operations team has successfully handled another construction equipment shipment from Belgium to Algeria.
A Komatsu PC450-8 was collected by ALS in the UK and transported by road to a UK port where it was shipped to Belgium to meet a vessel to its' final destination.
This machine measured: 11.57m l x 3.40m w x 3.71m high and weighed 47 Tonnes.
A crane was used to handle and load the machine onto the vessel, which is scheduled to take almost 14 days to reach Algeria.
Scope of work:
- Pre-carriage to UK port
- Shipment from UK to Belgium
- Road transport within Belgium
